This Privacy Policy explains what data the EVOLVE mobile app ("the app",
package com.gsorge.evolve, published by Giuseppe Sorge) processes and why.
The app requires no account, no login and no registration.
Your best score and time, game settings (audio, music, vibration), the saved game in progress and your "EVOLVE Pro" purchase status are stored locally on your device. We never receive this data. Like most Android apps, it may be included in your device's standard Android backup — encrypted in your own Google account and controlled by your device's backup settings. It is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear the app's data in system settings.
The app shows ads through Google AdMob: an optional rewarded ad (to continue a game or undo a move), an occasional interstitial between games, and a banner on the game-over screen. To deliver and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google and its partners may collect and process data such as the Advertising ID, device information (model, operating system), IP address and coarse location, and ad-interaction data.
In the EU/EEA and UK, the app asks for your consent at first launch through the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) before personalized ads are served; you can choose options such as non-personalized ads in that form. You can also reset or delete your Advertising ID at any time in your device settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads).

The app offers one optional one-time purchase, EVOLVE Pro, which removes banner and interstitial ads. The transaction is handled entirely by Google Play Billing: the app never receives or stores your payment details. Only the fact that the purchase is active is stored locally on your device, and it is restored through Google Play if you reinstall the app.
We do not sell data and we do not run our own analytics, tracking or crash-reporting services. The only third party that processes data through the app is Google (AdMob advertising, Play Billing and Google Play services such as in-app updates), as described above.
The app is not directed to children below the age required by applicable policies and does not knowingly collect data from minors.
If the way the app handles data changes, this page will be updated and the date above revised.

L'app offre un unico acquisto una-tantum facoltativo, EVOLVE Pro, che rimuove banner e interstitial. La transazione è gestita interamente da Google Play Billing: l'app non riceve né conserva i dati di pagamento. Solo lo stato di acquisto attivo è salvato localmente sul dispositivo e viene ripristinato tramite Google Play se reinstalli l'app.
Non vendiamo dati e non usiamo servizi propri di analytics, tracciamento o crash reporting. L'unica terza parte che tratta dati attraverso l'app è Google (pubblicità AdMob, Play Billing e servizi Google Play come gli aggiornamenti in-app), come descritto sopra.
L'app non è rivolta a bambini al di sotto dell'età prevista dalle policy applicabili e non raccoglie consapevolmente dati di minori.
Se il trattamento dei dati da parte dell'app cambierà, questa pagina sarà aggiornata e la data in alto revisionata.
