This Privacy Policy describes how Giuseppe Sorge (“we”, “us”, or “the Developer”) handles personal information in connection with the mobile application Stackle (the “App”), available on Google Play.

If you have any question regarding this Privacy Policy or wish to exercise any of your rights under applicable data protection laws (including the EU General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR), you can contact us at the email above.

2. What data we collect

Stackle uses third-party services that collect data on our behalf. We do not operate any server that stores your personal data directly. The data collected is the following.

2.1 Firebase Analytics (Google)

Firebase Analytics collects data about how users interact with the App. This includes:

This data is associated with the pseudonymous identifier and is not directly linked to your real identity unless you separately provide it (we do not ask).

2.2 Google AdMob

The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob collects:

When you grant consent through the in-app GDPR consent form, AdMob may serve personalized ads based on your interests. When consent is denied, AdMob serves non-personalized ads instead, which use only contextual data (no personal profile).

You can reset or disable your Advertising ID at any time through your Android device settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads).

2.3 Google Play Billing

In-app purchases (e.g. Stackle Pro) are processed by Google Play. We do not access or store payment information. Google Play handles all transaction data, including credit card details, billing address, and purchase history. The only purchase information visible to the App is whether you have acquired Stackle Pro.

2.4 Local data on your device

Stackle stores the following data locally on your device only, in Android SharedPreferences. This data is not transmitted to our servers (we have no servers) or to any third party:

This local data is removed when you uninstall the App or clear app data through Android settings.
